GM Diet Plan – Day 3

Day 3. On the third day, you can consume both Fruit and vegetables. You can eat fruits and vegetables, from breakfast to dinner, including snacks time. Fruit juices can also be taken aside from water but without sugar. But no bananas or potatoes are allowed today.

Here are some fruits and veggies that helps to weight loss,

Fruits like Watermelon, peach, cantaloupe, musk melon, apple, papaya and citrus fruits like lemon orange etc helps in weight loss.

Vegetables like Carrot, Tomato, Peas, Broccoli, Beans,  Beetroots, Brussels Sprouts and Cabbages.
